Sam/Desi puppies

Today we bred our Sam to Desi. Puppies due in two months. Sam is our Coronado Samson of Narita Farms. Desi is our Sage Top Desi.

Today's tie was longer than yesterday. Does it matter or is a tie a tie?

Ties can be anywhere from a few minutes on up and no it doesn't really matter much as far as the breeding goes. The female determines the number of eggs (thus the size of the litter) while the male determines the sex of each pup.

A tie isn't needed for a bitch to get pregnant either so I wouldn't worry about one being shorter than another.

Puppies are due in about five weeks. I've been thinking of naming them after The Beatles songs or lyrics. Any ideas?

We received some really good ideas. Girls names seem really easy but boys are a bit tricky. Also I'd like to register my kennel name. Does anyone know the cost and how quick the turn around is for paperwork? The puppies are due on April 8th or so.
